Issue Description

The length of the phone number is infinite, which I think you guys should have a simple format check for the phone number, e.g. the max length a user can enter.

Team's Response

There is no such thing as a Phone Number format check. This is out of scope. Furthermore, This is to cater for foreign phone numbers which is long.
