Change default action to QUEUE if there is something playing. #499

it'd be awsome if xbmc remote could detect whether or not there's a play queue, 
and default to queueing if there is, or playing if there isn't, and in the 
ambiguous case of 1 playing video without further queueing, a prompt ?
