Progress bar not working in IE #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a Powertool (take the ExamplePowertool, as that one displays the 
progress bar properly)
2. Click Execute button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Actual behaviour: The mask show, the progress dialog shows, but the progress 
bar looks wrong (is centered) and it does not update. The part that updates is 
in the middle of the progress bar, not on the left. Then progress bar dialog 
freezes.

Expected behaviour:
Progress bar gradually increases as tool progresses in execution. Then tool 
finishes. Progress bar should complete and close button should show.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Powertools become unusable in IE. Priority - high!

Old problem, doesn't happen anymore as far as I can tell.
