Make battle items obtainable after defeating the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th gyms

Description

After defeating each second gym, one of the battle mechanic items should be given to you.

These items should be given as follows: 2nd: Z-Power Ring 4th: Mega Ring 6th: Tera Orb 8th: Dynamax Band

WIP, has been implemented however the following needs to be modified:

• Mega Ring is currently first, needs to be swapped with Z-Power Ring
• Tera Orb is currently last, needs to be swapped with Dynamax Band
