Gold Bottle Cap can make a Pokemon Shiny

Due to shininess being decided via PID, this does not appear to be possible at this stage

Gold Bottle Caps will now be repurposed for allowing players to redeem a shiny Pokemon instead of a normal Pokemon at either the Pokemon shop or regular shop, if preferred
