Description

Z-Moves cannot currently be used in the Battle Frontier, it is expected this may be due to some issue with permissions to use items in the Battle Frontier

This may be an issue which can be resolved through this project, or may need to be referred to the Pokeemerald-expanded team

Z-Moves have now been enabled in the battle frontier, and seem to work without issues (only tested in Battle Tower so far)
