Description

Allow for the player to dynamax in the Battle Frontier Facilities, with the following caveats:

Dynamaxing cannot be used in conjunction with the other two Battle Mechanics (Megas, Z-Moves)
I.E. If one of your Pokemon has already Mega-Evolved or used a Z-Move, you will not be able to Dynamax
Similarly, if one of your Pokemon has already dynamaxed, you will not be able to use Z-Moves / Mega Evolve.

Dynamax battles can now be toggled by interacting with the Dynamax Band in the bag menu, Mega Evolutions, Z-Moves and Terastral are unavailable in Dynamax Battles. In-game text has also been updated to reflect this.
