Description

This is a tracking issue for Battle Dome Upgrades.

The following changes should be implemented:

Allow for four Pokemon to be selected for usage in doubles, instead of three
Allow for all Pokemon to be brought to the game, just pick the order (Singles too)
All Pokemon except for the fourth will still be shown during 'team preview'
Update text to reflect changes

Use preprocessor defines or ingame flags to decide whether or not to use new/old rules (if possible)
