Create docker version for NERSC? #45

Maybe it would be useful to create a running container for Cori. I don't know if this will hurt much the performance but it might be interesting.

hey, not sure if relevant for your case (and I see that it's already 3 years since you posted here, but I just made Apptainer/Singularity container for CoLoRe..
