24 hour clock uses a forward slash instead of a colon #8

Hi, I've run into another issue. When putting 24 as the value for KIOSK_TIME_FORMAT, the colon in the time changes to a / instead of a :. Here is the issue: image

12 hour time is fine and shows a colon like normal.
