Include additional icons #259

ASE should contain additional icons so they can be later used in 
notifications, dialogs and desktop shortcuts.

e.g.

Adding more icons to ASE apk will unnecessarily increase its size, so I 
suggest adding "icons" folder in /sdcard/ase.
