Fix broken headings in Markdown files #310

GitHub changed the way Markdown headings are parsed, so this change fixes it.

I just made issue #313 about this, and there are two other pull requests for the same issue. SL4A isn't being developed anymore from this repository, so don't expect this to be merged.
