It won't finish exporting photos/videos #70

It stays in 95-99%, saying that it only have a few seconds to finish (and the speed in MB/s decreases to 0 veeeery slowly) and have to close the app and reopen each time i export.

Is this with similar files that you already uploaded to Google Drive?

I installed Manjaro. I used your config file and the Sony files you provided in Google Drive. I could not replicate the problem. However, I recommend either waiting until 0.9.30 is in Manjaro because otherwise you will immediately see the crash you found in #69 . However, if you want to use the 0.9.29 in the meantime, set the environment variable RPD_DEVEL_DEFAULTS and launch the program from the command line like this:

RPD_DEVEL_DEFAULTS=1 rapid-photo-downloader

Yes, those files are only a few of the session, but it happens with any files :face_exhaling:

I was going to do this, but just opened it and says that there's a new version, so, i'll update it and see what happens :)

Tried to update it, but it won't appear in the apps of Manjaro, so, i don't know if i should update it manually or should i tell in the manjaro forum if someone can do that?

Yes, I suggest asking in the Manjaro forum if the maintainer can update it. It's a somewhat urgent update because bug #69 means it will crash after 10 launches for any locale that is not English.

Regarding the problem you have reported here, the best course of action is to see if you can replicate it with 0.9.30. I cannot replicate it myself in Manjaro using your own photos. For this reason, I will close this bug report. It does not mean you did not have a problem. It just means the cause of the problem could not be isolated and established, either from the log files or from me trying to replicate it. If you encounter any problem with 0.9.30, please open a new bug report.
