[BUG] - Saving playback duration is incorrect #219

Description

81 "fixed" tracking activity, but it does not handle every case, particularly skipping forward/back.

This means a skip forward is basically counted as watching for that amount of time. This also leads to incorrect play counts.

Skipping back can cause a negative value to be sent to the server.

Reproduction steps

1. Watch a scene
2. Skip forward
3. Wait ~10 seconds
4. Check play duration on server UI
