Experimental - Add in-app upgrades #222

Adds the ability to check and install updates from within the app.

The app will check for updates on start up automatically (this can be disabled in settings). Updates can then be installed in settings.

On the first attempt to upgrade, the Android OS should prompt to enable the necessary permissions and a second attempt might be needed.
