Updates to the playback controls UI #242

Details

Makes several changes to the playback controls UI:

Use circle backgrounds
Add mostly transparent default background
Add shadow to text
Use a simpler play & pause buttons
Make the setting popup consistent with other popups
Add some visual feedback when pressing buttons

The added background and shadow make them significantly easier to see when the video behind the items is bright/white.
