[BUG] - Video playback always starts after creating a marker #243

Description

Video playback always starts after creating a marker. Instead the playback page should stay at whatever state (playing or paused) it was.

Reproduction steps

1. Play a scene
2. Pause the scene
3. Go to more options->Create Marker
4. Select the tag
5. When returning to the video, it will start playing despite pausing at step 2
