Tag UI/UX improvements #276

  1. Adds number of parents/sub-tags to the card overlay
  2. Add long click options to go to:
    1. The tag's page, but include sub-tags
    2. Parent tags
    3. Sub-tags
  3. Add a tab to the tag page for sub-tags
