Add Player Functions to Player Object #12

Functions to implement:

[x] Set/GetPlayerName - name
[x] SetPlayerHealth - health
[x] Set/GetPlayerFacingAngle - angle
[x] Set/GetPlayerAmmo - ammo
[x] Set/GetPlayerWeapon - weapon
[x] GetPlayerWeaponData - weapons array
[x] Set/GetPlayerArmour - armour
[x] Set/GetPlayerColor - color
[x] GetPlayerDistanceFromPoint - distance(x,y,z)
[x] Set/GetPlayerInterior - interior
[x] GetPlayerIp - ip
[x] GetPlayerKeys - keys
[x] GetPlayerLastShotVectors - lastshot
[x] Set/GetPlayerMoney - money
[x] Set/GetPlayerScore - score
[x] Set/GetPlayerSkin - skin
[x] GetPlayerState - state
