Skeinforge searchs for last file opened, and crashes when it doesn't find it. #14

I just checked out replicatorg 006, R2 for OSX and this old bug came up
again.  Skeinforge searchs for last file opened, and crashes when it
doesn't find it.  The file its looking for is under home/phooky.....yadda
yadda.  Easy to see what you last printed phooky ;)

SF no longer packaged with repg, 0005 release doesn't have this issue
