Pref elicitation instructions clarification #143

1) General: The preference elicitation pages all say "in the box to the right of the first decision criterion" about the tracking indicator, but now the indicator is neither in a box, nor next to the first decision criterion - it is listed above the first criterion. Also close parentheses in the sentence after that one.

2) First statement on these pages needs more context/instruction: "Please consider and rate your preference for the decision criteria listed below for West Enfield Dam. Move the slider bar for each decision criterion you care about to a position that represents the relative amount of preference you have for that decision criterion compared to others in the list. Once you have made your selections, click UPDATE at the bottom of the page when you are done moving the slider bars to mark this tab "Complete"."

4) Add pdf of example text : "For example, if you care only about fish habitat, move that slider bar to 100, and leave all others at zero. If you care about fish habitat and hydropower generation equally, move the slider bar for each to 50. Use the data matrix to help you think about the importance of each decision criterion in the context of this specific dam site. The data matrix includes information on how the actual value of each decision criterion (for example, the actual fish habitat area) may change if different decision alternatives were implemented at the specific dam site. Whether these changes would be small or large may help inform how you choose to represent your preferences below with the slider bars. For example, if you are not sure how much importance you should put on Number of Properties, and the decision matrix shows Number of Properties will not change much for any of the decision alternatives, you may choose to put less or no importance on this criterion when moving the slider bars." And include screenshots to support user learning.

5) CO2 emissions label: delete second "estimate" in "estimate estimate"

6) Industrial historical importance label: "he" should be "the"

7) Typo on East Millinocket page (Milliockt needs and "e")

Still need to fix no.3, and this:

7) add a statement next to the link that the link includes data for all 5 dams that are part of the Penobscot Mills Project and they should scroll through to find the appropriate dam. That way the user won't be surprised when Millinocket/Quakish shows up where they thought Dolby should be.
