loadScores failed: #191

happens due to individual mode will try to load scores when there is no option currently for indiv+upload

should be fixed after implementing Issue #190

this may be causing js/web-browser error:

 unreachable code after return statement

Don't know if this is still an open issue I might have solved with other commits. Potentially can be closed
