Select segment of (large) banner photo when uploading banner #1363

User Story

As a Damus user in profile edit view who is uploading a large banner image, I want to select and see a specific part of the banner image I uploaded, so that Damus does not cut off the part of the image I want others to see.

acceptance criteria

  1. When in profile edit view, after banner image upload, user can select which part of the banner image to display on their profile view
