what happens

Some notes have a high number of hashtags.

how might Damus

Manage the signal to noise ratio for notes with e.g. 30 hashtags. For instance, might Damus disregard anything but the first hashtag? First three hashtags?

yes maybe we should only count the first N hashtags when it comes to followed hashtags.
