What happens Ugly tor/onion relay formatting in relay list.

What I expect to happen Proper formatting of tor/onion relay.

@ericholguin on 12 mini tor relay is now left indented. However the end is truncated when I am viewing another person's relay list. I cannot see the full relay onion address
