user story

As a user who has muted a keyword, I want damus to mute images with said keyword, so I can sparta mute all notes my muted keywords.

acceptance criteria

Damus scans images for muted keywords, and
If muted keyword is present do not show note

run all images through OCR pipeline after download and before displaying to user?
