What happens

Damus now showing full text replies from people I’ve muted. Not in the notifications pane, but in the push notifications.

I thought yall had handled 'mute' push notification filtering @danieldaquino as per https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/2200

@alltheseas we do, but I can see there might be some moments where it wouldn't work perfectly:

• When the user just updated their mute-list and the notification server still has the old one cached
• When the mutelist from a user is deleted or purged from the Damus relay
• When the user is connected to other relays and the Damus relay did not get a copy of the mute list

There are ways we can improve performance for each of these cases.

Is this problem persistent, or did it only occur for a few minutes or up to an hour since they muted the user?
