Profile pre-cache (Bootstrap profile/npub download) #2637

user story

As a new Damus user who just creates their keys. I would like to be able to see active high quality nostr users immediately. so that I can decide if nostr is interesting to me.

acceptance criteria

  1. 100 - 1000 high quality (as judged by some WOT) profiles are pre-loaded so that user sees A. Profile names right away

When I am onboarding to the network using damus on a slow internet connection, I cannot see profile names - I only see npub123 gibberish.

When I am onboarding to the network using damus on a slow internet connection, I cannot see profile pictures - I only see robo avatars.

When does this problem happen? Immediately after onboarding.
