GIF conflict #2749

Potential conflict between paste image functionality, and GIFs

I just went to tenor like I usually do to copy link of gif and paste into damus but now it said if I wanted to upload so I clicked yes and it’s a still image ):

user error they are copying the GIF image not URL

How might we deconflict this unhappy path @scoder1747? Is it possible to support copy paste of GIFs, in addition to static images?
