Specify build environment in readme #22

Just tried on OSX, it fails, because of some dependencies are missing, so it's good to specify the environment

It builds fine on macos for me?

So, some dependencies are missing.

First issue I had is: byteswap.h missing. I had to copy paste it from a website.

This is fixed in e3cc896e25f68778401e5a87cb251290da2b062d
