Add columns #340

user can interact with the 'add column' button to add new columns to the app. There are three types currently implemented: 'Home Timeline', 'Universe', and 'Notifications'.

I think a more intuitive thing would be to create a new column right away and put the add column route in that view. the way the new column appears in the right spot.
