Auto-scroll when we're at the top of the timeline #73

One side effect of:

Is that now the timeline never scrolls. It would be nice if we had a way to keep snapped to the top of the timeline, only not-scrolling when we've started scrolling, similar to what we have on Damus iOS today

Whe we start scrolling, we can have an indicator:

I've been using no autoscroll and it has been quite nice, I just scroll up to read all the new notes when I tab back to the app. I guess all you would need to do is scroll down slightly to disable autoscroll like in damus, but something to keep in mind.
