Let's do search right.

We have a search box on the design, but I think we should think about what this actually does

Some high level goals (imo):

Single search box
When you start typing, it tries to find profiles, messages, etc in an intuitive way (TODO: figure out what this means)

Other ideas

search box on each timeline filters that timeline

We should standardize with Damus iOS's search design as well:
