Hello sorry for the issue, I have just a quick question... what is the minimum required PHP version for the library to work? Thank you very much!

This library is no longer supported.

If you want, you can have a look at my fork: https://packagist.org/packages/samwilson/phpflickr it's minimum PHP requirement is 5.6 (i.e. only currently officially supported PHP versions).
