Need to get the bot setup on free server - may be some pains to work out due to the ffmpeg encoding required for the music playback setup

added heroku integration with numerous PR's this was one of the later ones: https://github.com/dan-mcm/danbot/commit/c638184ffa44fd767c4ac8a19caec34649ad4d0f essentially added procfile and updated readme with instructions about the ffmpeg buildpack addition.
