Change what light sources are available.

Torch is baseline. 1 slot, lasts an hour.
Candle is light, but goes out with ease.
Improvised goes out in 10 minutes and/or goes out with ease. Very cheap- dry rags, tree branches, etc.
Lantern can hold a candle to prevent it going out easily & has shutters.
