Hi Dan,

First of all: This is such a great package! Thank you so much for your work.

I noticed that APA 7 requires that equations follow a numbering scheme similar to figures and tables in the appendices (A1, A2, ... for App. A, then again B1, B2, ... for App. B, etc.). This fixed it for me. I hope you find it useful.

@mmrabe I like your improvement :). I'm not able to push changes to your branch. Can you apply the following patch that bumps the version number and adds release notes (giving you credit; feel free to edit how you are credited)?

You can apply the patch with git am < 0001-Update-version-number-and-change-history.patch.txt
