Add Polish (pl-PL) translation #35

Adds translation of the app to Polish language (#7).

I've tweaked the English string used for AutoScaleTilesToWindowTooltip a bit. I'm happy with the current Polish translation, but will wait before merging in case you'd like to update it to more closely match the English line (or just let me know if you're OK to merge as is). (Allow tiles to be stretched to fill available window space, or set a custom tile size in English)

Okay, I changed the wording a bit, so it's more natural in Polish, I think; rebased and squashed into a single commit, ready to be merged if you think it looks good.
