Restore the 'Create games will be shown here' message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait until no games have been created.
2. The games list is empty.
3. There isn't a really direct statement about why it's empty and what a player 
must do to add a game to it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When no games are available, the list should contain a message saying so. It 
should also say what the user can do to add a game to the list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GH1.537l (beta)

Please provide any additional information below.
We've used difference text for this over time.

BenMillard: "No games have been created."
Sektor: "Created games will appear here."
New idea: "No games are open. Click on Create Game and choose a level."

We could style the "Create Game" mention to look like a hyperlink and make the 
whole label clickable, simply calling the normal _Click() event on the actual 
Create Game button.

A fake game might be better. Name = "Click Me", when clicked it could say "LOL, 
you just tried to join a fake game, if this was a real game, GTA2 would be 
launched and try to join!"
