GH <=1.537m auto-registers the nick on joining. This is a mistake imho, 
unnecessarily hogs up GTANET nicks and can be used to even unintentionally 
steal other people's nicks.

I propose that GH only registers the nick after having been run on 10 unique 
dates. Not enough that you restart GH 10 times, but you have to run it on 10 
different days before it auto-registers.
