GH should reflect in the chat when a game is removed from the hosted games list #6

GH shows when a game is created
1:08:23 AM Salamander hosted Pierdol sie 69p
but it does not show when a game is removed either because the host cancelled, 
or started the game. Would be more consistent if it did.

GH can now optionally display [player] removed their game from the list
