Assembly notes

M8 608 bearing mount clearance is 9mm wide 608 is 7mm wide; reduce the clearance by 2mm.

The GT2 belt is slightly over 7mm wide. We either need to find a good source for nice press-on idlers for a single 608ZZ or we need to use the double 608ZZ method.

https://github.com/dan9186/Derpstock/blob/master/output/frame_vertex.stl now reflects a narrowed idler gap that would be ideal for a single bearing idler.

https://github.com/dan9186/Derpstock/blob/double_bearing_idler/output/frame_vertex.stl now reflects a widened idler gap that would work for a double bearing F608ZZ. This one may be too big and might not work well with the side screws. We may do better to go with either the single bearing idler or a smaller flanged bearing that when doubled would take less room.

I have materials on order to test all three scenarios.

Double bearing works and is much better. Commit 36e87aa166a8638f471ad20888e39b8a1e9fb459 takes care of this.
