Frame PSU: Create Start of Model for Mounting PSU #39

The PSU will be a standard switch mode power supply with the standard mounting holes on it. Something should be designable to use those mounting holes and connect to TNuts in the extrusion track.

Is it ok to bring an openscad nutnbolts library to the repo?

Depends on the purpose, I'm trying to reduce what's already included in the repo to make the models function better as is.

Copying one is plagiarism, copying many is research.
