vslot_carriage.scad - adjust wheel spacing #55

The vslot carriage wheels need to be brought in by 3mm, or 1.5mm closer to the center for each side.

Spacing has been adjusted by 1.5mm in each direction for a total of 3mm. Ready for further fit testing.

dd616fc93ebc0157fd9ee584facdd198cee26dd5 was the correct spacing, not too tight, not too loose, but just right.
