Reformatted Changes file as per CPAN::Changes::Spec #3

Hi Dana,

I've reformatted your Changes file according to the spec in CPAN::Changes::Spec.

Following this format means that various tools can more easily process your distribution automatically.

You can find out more about this at Brian Cassidy's CPAN::Changes Kwalitee Service (http://changes.cpanhq.org), which is where I saw your module listed :-)

Thanks. I did the conversion for Math::Prime::Util earlier, which was a lot more work. I should have done this before last night's release, but then again -- you got quest progress from it! :)

Heh. There are still others of your dists you can update, and I'll get to count those ... ;-)

Yes, I did an author search and they all need changing. :(
