Support for Opus? #53

There's a new in-development open source audio codec which is a derivate of the 
open source CELT and the SILK audio codecs which makes it very good for 
transmitting audio content of any type. From mine and other's experiments it 
easily outperforms HE-AAC even at @64kbps. Sadly i haven't found any player yet 
which supports streaming playback of the format but because it uses the OGG 
media container i think the existing Vorbis broadcasting code could be reused. 
It would be interesting to test it in the Icecast world :)

I wont be adding new codecs to current major release. Will look into it for 
next major release.

icecast kh  has added support to opus
