Req: Further support/controls for the Ridge #1

Would it be possible to add further support for the Lovense Ridge? The vibrations function nicely, but having rotations as well would me magnificent!

Thank you for the request, however I don't have a toy with this functionality, so I'd be taking a shot in the dark when it comes to implementing it. If you'd be willing to test and provide feedback, I could give it a shot. (Apologies for the delay in responding. I'm more active on Discord if you want to contact me; same username)

You can probably scale rotation directly with vibration. i.e. if a toy supports rotatecmd, or scalar rotate, just send the same level. I'd put in an option to turn off rotation if people want to tho.
