This is more a "feature request" I would already have fulfilled myself, if I wouldn't have deleted the install log...
Anyways, It would be really helpful if somebody could add any tuneables to the readme, that were considered during the install. As I said, I can't check it myself anymore, but i remember at least one hint pointing to the kernel.filesopen (or similar) tuneable, which should provide better file watch performance for servers with lots of files.
