hi can you help me im trying to get it to work but it spits an error

im running a raspberry 4b with new raspbian

I'm pretty sure you'd need to run the script with sudo.

oke i ran it as sudo but now it says no smbus2 is missing

I'm running into the same as well. I confirmed python3-smbus is installed. I did just do a fresh install of the OS to the latest Bullseye release, so not sure if that has anything to do with this.
