This adds a dock menu to the application, very much in the style of the iTunes one.

I also took the opportunity to tidy up much of the window handling the in app:

Main window doesn't need tabbing capabilities, which cleans up the Window menu a lot
It was possible to open multiple main and preference windows, which shouldn't have been possible
Removing the File menu removed the ability to close windows with ⌘-W. I re-adding this option back to the Window menu
The Window menu shows the open/closed/minimised state of the main window, as well as allowing for it to be re-opened
